These key changes apply to all non-domestic premises, including the voluntary sector and for self-employed people with premises separate from their homes.

 Seat belts on coaches
The Department for Transport has published the draft regulations to implement EC Directive 2003/20/EC which includes requirements about the wearing of seat belts in buses and coaches. They will become law from Monday 18th September 2006.
